Common questions

Is the weather in the app real?

No. Every place, sky and temperature is made up for fun, so please don't plan a trip around it. The app never looks up real conditions.

A visitor I saw before is missing from my field guide.

Visitors appear with certain skies and times of day. Try a different sky or drag the clock toward night. If you used Settings → Reset Field Guide, earlier entries were cleared and you will need to meet them again.

Do I need an account or an internet connection?

Neither. Everything runs on your iPhone or iPad, and your progress is kept on the device. Deleting the app also deletes that progress.
